Easy Pie Crust

Recipe Type: Pie
- 3 c flour
- 1ΒΌ c shortening
- Mix well with a pastry cutter until the mixture forms into pea size balls, then slowly add egg mixture until you achieve the desired consistency.
- Egg mixture
- 1 egg(well beaten)
- 1 T vinegar(white)
- 1 T salt
- 5 T ice cold water
- Shape into 2 equal balls of dough and roll out to desired thickness, or press into your pie dish.
- Makes 2 crusts.
