Asparagus With Creamy Mustard Sauce

- 1 c sour cream
- 2 t sugar
- 2 T red wine vinegar
- ¼ c dijon mustard
- ⅛ t crushed red pepper (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
- steamed asparagus
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle over chilled steamed asparagus.
