Marzipan

- 8-oz. can almond paste
- 2 egg whites
- ½ tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. confectioners' sugar
- Combine almond paste, egg whites and vanilla.
- Slowly add confectioners sugar until you have reached a stiff manageable consistency.
- Allow to sit overnight in the refrigerator to stiffen up.
- Can be molded into different shapes as desired.
