Turkey Marsala

- 1 lb. turkey cutlets
- ½ C. flour
- ¼ C. parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika to taste
- 2 tbsp. margarine
- ½ C. marsala wine
- 2 tbsp. oil
- Garlic Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and paprika on the meat.
- Mix flour and cheese and dip meat in it.
- In a skillet, heat the oil and margarine.
- Cook the meat for 30 seconds on each side.
- To prepare the sauce, mix the wine and lemon together, pour over meat and simmer for 3 minutes.
