Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients
  • 1 12 oz. package of milk chocolate chips.
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 C. peanut butter chips
  • 1 C. chopped nuts
Instructions
  1. In a heavy sauce pan over low heat melt chocolate chips with condensed mil. and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir frequently until melted.
  3. Remove from heat and aff peanut butter chips and nuts.
  4. Stir just enough to distribute the chips throughout the mixture.
  5. Spread evenly into an aluminum foil lined 8 inch square pan.
  6. Chill for two hours or until firm.
  7. Turn fudge out onto a cutting board and peal off the foil.
  8. Cut into squares.
  9. Store covered at room temperature.

Ingredients
  • ½ C. shortening
  • 1 egg
  • 6 Tbsp. cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ C. milk
  • 1 C. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1⅔ C. flour
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Drop by tablespoons onto a greased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes
  5. Frost with buttercream frosting.

Ingredients
  • 4 C. Sugar
  • 1⅔ C. Evaporated Milk
  • ½ C. butter
  • 1 pint marshmallow cream
  • 12 oz. semi sweet chocolate pieces
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 C. nuts (optional)
Instructions
  1. Cook sugar, milk and butter until it reaches the soft ball stage (236 F).
  2. Remove from heat and remaining ingredients.
  3. Beat until all of the chocolate pieces have melted.
  4. Pour into a greased 13x9x2 inch pan.
  5. Cool and cut into pieces.

 

Chocolate Gravy

Ingredients
  • 3 T. cocoa
  • 3 T. flour
  • ½ c. hot water
  • ⅔ c. sugar
  • 2 c. milk
  • pinch salt
Instructions
  1. In a large saucepan, combine cocoa, flour, and sugar.
  2. Add hot water; cook over low heat until dissolved; stirring constantly.
  3. Stir in milk and continue stirring until thickened.
  4. Serve over hot homemade biscuits, noodles, ice cream or pancakes.

 

Chocolate Rum Balls

Ingredients
  • 3¼ cups crushed vanilla wafers
  • ¾ cup confectioners' sugar
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1½ cups chopped walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • ½ cup rum
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, stir together the crushed vanilla wafers, ¾ cup confectioners' sugar, cocoa, and nuts.
  2. Blend in corn syrup and rum.
  3. Shape into 1 inch balls, and roll in additional confectioners' sugar.
  4. Store in an airtight container.
  5. Roll again in confectioners' sugar before serving.

Ingredients
  • 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
  • ⅔ C. shortening
  • 2 C. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1¼ C. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 C. chopped nuts
  • Frosting:
  • 3 tbsp. butter, softened
  • 3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 C. confectioners sugar
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ⅓ C. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350.
  2. Grease the bottom and sides of a 13x9x2 baking dish.
  3. Melt chocolate and shortening in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Mix in sugar, eggs and vanilla.
  6. Spread in pan.
  7. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until brownies start to pull away from the sides of the dish.
  8. Do not over bake.
  9. Cool slightly and cut into bars about 2x1-1/2 inches.(should make about 32 bars)
  10. frost before serving.

 

Chocolate Filled Bundt Cake

Ingredients
  • Filling:
  • ⅓ C. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • ¼ C. milk
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 C. chocolate chips
  • 1 egg
  • Cake:
  • 1 yellow cake mix (pudding kind)
  • ¾ C. water
  • ⅓ C. oil
  • 3 eggs
Instructions
  1. To prepare cake mix, combine all ingredients and beat on high for 2 minutes.
  2. Pour half the batter into a well greased and floured bundt pan.
  3. Prepare filling.
  4. Melt chocolate chips over hot water.
  5. In a small bowl, combine all filling ingredients and beat until smooth.
  6. Drop by spoonfuls onto cake batter in Bundt pan.
  7. Do not let the filling touch the sides of the pan.
  8. Pour remaining batter on top of filling.
  9. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan.
  11. Glaze with chocolate icing.

 

No-Bake Chocolate Kahlua Christmas Balls

No-Bake Chocolate Kahlua Christmas Balls

Ingredients
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (5 ounces) evaporated milk
  • 1¼ cups vanilla cookie crumbs
  • 1¼ cups ginger snap cookie crumbs
  • ½ cup confectioners' sugar, sifted
  • ½ cup finely chopped walnuts
  • ⅓ cup Kahlúa liqueur
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups shredded coconut
Instructions
  1. Melt the chocolate chips in evaporated milk in a pot over low heat, stirring constantly, until well blended.
  2. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool for about 30 minutes.
  3. Combine all remaining ingredients except the coconut; stir into the chocolate mixture, blending well.
  4. Shape the mixture into 1- to 1½-inch balls (if the dough is too moist, add up to ⅓ cup more cookie crumbs), then roll in coconut.
  5. Let air-dry for 2 hours on waxed paper.
  6. Transfer to an airtight container; store in refrigerator.

 

Butterscotch Brownies

Ingredients
  • ¼ C. butter
  • 1 C. packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • ¾ C. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 C. walnuts, chopped
  • Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Grease and flour an 8X8 baking pan.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in brown sugar until dissolved. Allow to cool slightly.
  4. Pour butter and sugar mixture into a mixing bowl and add egg and vanilla. Mix well.
  5. Sift flour into bowl and add baking powder and salt. Mix well.
  6. Stir in walnuts.
  7. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar, cut into bars and serve.

 

Oreo Cookies

Ingredients
  • 1 devil food cake mix
  • 1 cube butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 T canned milk
  • ½ C powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Mix devil food cake, butter and egg well, and roll into small walnut size balls. Bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes.
  2. Mix cream cheese, milk, and powdered sugar together.
  3. After cookies cool, frost with the filling mixture.

 

Oreo Balls

Ingredients
  • 16 oz Oreo cookies crushed
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 24 oz white chocolate bark
  • 24 oz chocolate bark
Instructions
  1. Using a blender or hand held mixer, mix Oreos and cream cheese together.
  2. Roll into walnut size balls. Chill for an hour.
  3. Melt approximately ¾ package of white almond bark.
  4. Stick a toothpick in an Oreo ball and dip it in the melted white almond bark. Allow to harden on wax paper. Takes about 15 minute.
  5. While waiting, melt about ¼ package of chocolate almond bark.
  6. When Oreo balls are no longer sticky to the touch, decorate with drizzles of chocolate and white almond bark.
  7. I just use a sandwich bag with a tiny hole cut in one corner to drizzle the almond bark.

 

Nutella Brownies

Ingredients
  • ½ c flour
  • ¼ t salt
  • 2 egg
  • 1 c Nutella
  • ½ c brown sugar
  • 1 t vanilla extract
  • ½ c unsalted butter (melted)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325.
  2. Line the bottom of a 8 inch square cake pan with parchment paper, letting the paper extend over two opposite sides. Butter the two other sides.
  3. Combine the flour and salt in a medium bowl and set aside.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs, hazelnut spread, brown sugar and vanilla extract with an electric mixer until smooth, about 2 minutes. With the mixer on low speed, add the flour mixture, alternating with the melted butter.
  5. Scrape the batter into the cake pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few crumbs attached (not completely clean), 35 to 40 minutes.
  6. Cool in the pan for about 2 hours. Unmold and cut into squares.
  7. Serve warm or at room temperature.

  • 7 oz marshmallow creme
  • 1½ cups white sugar
  • ⅔ c evaporated milk
  • ¼ c butter
  • ¼ t salt
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 c semisweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup nuts(chopped)
  • 1 t vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Line an 8×8 inch pan with aluminum foil. Set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine marshmallow cream, sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt.
  3. Bring to a full boil, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat and pour in semisweet chocolate chips and milk chocolate chips. Stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
  5. Stir in nuts and vanilla.
  6. Pour into prepared pan.
  7. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours, or until firm. T
  8. o add color, sprinkle with your favorite colored sugar.
